1． Name for incorporation, Both English and Chinese included( or just English name)

2． Photocopies of I. D. and Passport of one person or more;
(acting as Director/Shareholder, older than 18 years, of any Nationality. If only provide Passport, extra one residential address should be provided ) ;

3． Photocopies of I. D. and Passport of one person or more;
(acting as Shareholder, older than 18 years, of any Nationality. If only provide Passport, extra one residential address should be provided ) ;

4． Confirm the registered capital (New Incorporation in Hong Kong, Standard Capital: HK$ 10,000)

5． Complete incorporation in 8 working days，sending all files to client（for some urgent case, can be finished into 2 working days with expedited fee）
