3. Power of Attorney (Notarised) granted to the lawyer, by the owner of the vessel (if seller is not the owner of the vessel)

4. Existing Registry Certificates

5. Existing Statutory Certificates

6. Certificate of Competency (COC) for Officers on board

N.B: Certificates are issued with 1 month validity and can be extended up to a maximum of 3 months. Vessel is to sail under ballast condition only.
