1.Request for confirmation of availability of vessel's name & single voyage route 

2.Application for registration of ships form , see the following :

      1 ) APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION SHIPS 

      2 )KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER FORM 

      3 )APPLICATION FOR MSM 

      4 )RO CONFIRMATION LETTER 

      5 ) Exemption application form

      6 )Dispensation letter for COE

3. Copy of Bill of Sale Signed and Notarized ( where applicable )

4. Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Good Standing ( For applications by a company )； or copy of passport/ I. D. card ( for applicant by individuals  )

5. Radio Accounting Authority Letter (RAA )(where applicable ) 

6. Copy of Deletion cert & Clarify the purpose of a single voyage
