Mongolia Mortgage Registration
The mortgage of a Mongolian vessel or any share therein may be recorded in the register as soon as the ship is provisionally registered. The procedure is as follows:
1、Submission of the Mortgage Deed and Mortgage Agreement to the Registry .
2、Registry confirms provisional time accepted for registration .
3、Upon receipt of fees and original mortgage instrument , the mortgage will be endorsed with date / times as in stated in the second point.
