1.Request of confirmation of availability of vessel's name

2.Application for registration of ships form , see the following :

2 )FORMS M2

3 )FORMS M7

4 )FORMS M8

3.Notarised or Original Bill of Sale (where applicable )

4.Builder's Certificate with original first owner (If new vessels )

5.Power of Attomey (Notarised ) granted to the lawyer , by the owner of the vessel (if seller is not the owner of the vessel )

6.Existing Registry Certificates

7.Existing Statutory Certificates

8.Certificate of Competency (COC ) for officer on board

2 STEP APPLICAITON FOR MONGOLIA/ PERMANENT REGISTRATION

Please compile and submit the following document to our office minimum 2 months before the respective expiry of the Provisional Registry Certificates .

1.Original Forms M1,M2,M7,AND M8 (duly signed and completed )

2.Notarised or Original Bill of Sale / Builder's Certificate (for new vessels )

3.Power of Attorney (if seller is not the owner of the vessel)

4.Original Deletion Certificate from Previous Registry

5.Original Certified Carving and Marking Note

6.Survey reports for Interim Statutory Certificates issued

7.Continuous Sysnopsis Record for vessels applicates issued

Note : If all the documents have been submitted to our office,the permanent SL registration certs will be issued in one week.
