1ST STEP Application for Sierra Leone MORTGAGE Registration Procedure

1.Three original of application for mortgage registration .doc.

2. Three original of the Loan agreement duly notarized or Three original sets of mortgage deed duly notarized

3. If a third party is involved in Mortgage then we will need any contracts involved.

4. If the person who signs the agreement is not a legal representative of the company,then the client needs to send a POA with a notary certification that person who signs on behalf of mortgagee or mortgagor is duly authorized to perform this act.

2ND STEP Application for Sierra Leone MORTGAGE Permanent Registration Procedure

1. Vessel should be already registered as permanent registration.

2. Three original of Mortgage application SL APPL. MORTG. If not submit the original before.

3. Three original of the Loan agreement duly notarized

or Three original sets of mortgage deed duly notarized

5. The original notarization of the power of attorney that can prove that the shipowner authorized the signatory to sign the mortgage contract .
